Slough Registration Service has been recording some of life’s major events (births, deaths and marriages) that occur in Slough since 1837 and continues to hold those and current records to date.

We supply replacement birth, death and marriage certificates where the event took place in Slough. We take notices of marriage and can take notices of marriage for those who are subject to immigration control as we have special designation from the Home Office to do so.

We have introduced new services in recent years such as Citizenship ceremonies, Baby Naming ceremonies, Renewal of Wedding Vows and Bonding ceremonies. Bonding? I hear you ask. It is a ceremony for two families who come together after marriage. It is a formal acknowledgement of their new bond and commitment to being one family.
